Brew Your Coffee

Preparation

  • Spread 15 gram of coffee powder in the upper compartment of the coffee filter and place the plunger
  • Add around 70 ml of boiling water to the upper filter. You can increase the water if you want a diluted decoction. Let it sit for 15 minutes until it brews
  • Just add sugar to the black coffee and enjoy your espresso shot.

Indian coffee are always enjoyed with milk. Add 25 ml decoction to 100 ml milk along with sugar to create a creamy froth.
